About Delta 3 Fitness


Delta 3 Fitness focuses on improving and maintaining internal and external health and spiritual wellness of individuals within the community.  Whether you are a student, stay-at-home parent, entrepreneur, or work a steady job, we push health and fitness for all levels of experience and responsibility.   We offer:

PERSONAL TRAINING:

1-on-1, Couple Training (2 Participants), Family/Group Training (3 - 4 Participants)

GROUP FITNESS: 

R.I.P.P.E.D. -  An acronym for Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet.  R.I.P.P.E.D. is for everyone!  It's a "One Stop Body Shock",  a 1 hour total body workout that is sure to bring you results. One class is a tease!  Stay with us for at least 1 month and you'll be hooked!  

CORE TRAINING:

Core Training is a 4 week, small group, 45 minute training session that focuses not only on core, but total body. We stress the importance of exercise form and technique in addition to creating a mind to muscle relationship.  The skill levels vary from person to person, therefore, modifications and progressions are encouraged and demonstrated.  Everyone is challenged!  Expectations are high in this class. Dedication, accountability, a positive mindset, will power, and a willingness to put in the work are all required in order to join this group of warriors.  

PRIVATE CLASSES:

Martial Arts and Women's Self-Defense instructed by Kevin Anderson

Lavysh Dance (Competition Dance Team)  lead by Cameron Blunt

Warrior Cheer Camp coached by Tara Kinney

Private Zumba® Fitness classes instructed by Tara Kinney.  Zumba® Fitness classes are                         only offered as private parties, corporate initiatives, Zumbathons, or special requests.
